The surround includes:

Bottom sheet with clips, thermal foam base layer for the tub and pump, foam sides that wrap around the tub in your choice of colour and a foam lid which clips to base sheet, again in your choice of colour

It is called a thermal surround as that is exactly what it does. The foam is very dense and has very high insulation properties. As it completely surrounds the tub - bottom, sides and top- there is no heat that can escape and no cold air can get in.

From our research of the product we estimate that you should be saving at least half on your electricity usage compared to no insulation at all. 

These are very large items that require a pallet delivery, price for delivery is based on postcode (please message us for a quote). We will give you an estimate date of delivery but cannot guarantee this as it can depend on the courier service. We do ask that the driver calls before attempting delivery as it will need to be signed for and cannot be left outside

Turnaround times will vary so please ask before ordering. We don’t stock any of these surrounds so everything has to be made to order. 

Yes! Everything we make can be made in any of the 20 colours we stock. 

It is not a necessity to cover your pump, however it does reduce the noise and protect it from the elements.

Yes it will. The lid is made of foam and does not have any metal supports inside like a solid hot tub lid. So we recommend the use of an inflatable bladder or large beach ball to raise the middle of the lid for the rain water to run off.
